World Board to Deliver Keynote at the Organic Cotton Summit
From 2 to 4 June 2026, the Organic Cotton Accelerator and Textile Exchange will co-host the Organic Cotton Summit in Istanbul. This solution-driven forum provides a dynamic space for organic cotton actors to explore regional opportunities, address systemic barriers to growth, and strengthen global supply chains through collaborative action.
A highlight of the two-day programme is a keynote address by our World Board member Paul Holmbeck. He will share critical lessons from organic policy and market initiatives, offering a roadmap for successfully mainstreaming organic cotton into the global textile market.
Other key themes of the programme include market demand, farmer perspectives, and system trust. There will also be co-creation workshops on topics such as unlocking investment for scale, leveraging data for climate and nature outcomes, the role of traceability, and navigating sustainability policy.
